Module 1 (Diamond Surface) – realign a bent edge without moving removing metal. Great for daily maintenance.
Module 2 (Tungsten Steel) – quickly restore the correct bevel shape to very dull or damaged knives.
Module 3 (Ceramic Stone) – for finishing off already-reasonably-sharp blades.
Works in Seconds:
🔪> Place your Amesser Knife Sharpener on an even, non-slip surface, make sure your knife blade is clean and dry. Guide the blade of the knife at an angle of 90° to the sharpener into the desired module at the slot.
🔪> If your knife edge is very dull, begin with module 2, if you only require fine-tuning the edge, move the module3. And module 1 is great for daily maintenance.
🔪> Hold the knife upright and pull it using light pressure straight from the base of the blade to the tip.
🔪> Repeat this process.
Always clear the sharpener after use. Clean with a damp cloth or mild brush, wipe dry.
Not suitable for serrated knives and scissors.
