Return Policy & RMA Info
All items are eligible to request return (RMA) service within 30 days of receipt of shipment, in most cases. Requests made outside of this 30-day window cannot be accepted. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
To request a return authorization, RMA number, and return shipment instructions. Please, contact us, or your Order Information page, to initiate the RMA process. When we authorize your RMA request you will receive a shipping label. Depending on the reason for your return, the cost of return shipping may or may not be reimbursed once received and evaluated.
Guidelines for RMA Return Shipments
Items must be returned in their original packaging and shipping boxes. All accessories from the original shipment (if applicable) must be included in order to receive a full refund for the returned merchandise. All returns must include an RMA (or Return Authorization) number which will be provided when we authorize your request. Any unauthorized returns, that are shipped without an RMA number, cannot be accepted.

Address changes or corrections cannot be accommodated once your order has processed. All items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not able to make any shipping changes once your order has processed.
AAA CRS INC, WAYFAITH-SHOP; guarantees all prices for a 30-day period from the date of the purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. you can return merchandise within the specified number of return days. To receive full credit for all returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased and complete with all accessories, remote, instructions, original box, and packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return. Management at its sole discretion may accept for return merchandise not meeting these requirements subject to 20% charge plus a charge for missing parts.
Most items we sell have a 30-day return policy. Below is a list of the exceptions.
Items sold online that are limited to 5 Return Days from the date you receive the items:
Camcorders, Car Stereo Head Units, Cell Phones, Cell Phone Accessories, Digital Cameras, DJ Equipment, Monitors, Portable Hard Drives and CD/DVD Burners, Printers, PC’s and Laptops, Scanners, Portable DVD Players, Tablets/E-Readers, TVs smaller than 11 inches (diagonally), Toys and 2-Way Radios.
Items sold online that have NO RETURN PRIVILEGES:
ANY DAMAGED OR ABUSED PRODUCT, All Special Orders, Products missing the serial number or UPC bar code on the box. Gift Certificates, Delivery and/or Installation, Blank Media, Tapes, DVD and CDs, Blu-rays, Coin Operated Washers, Drones, Exercise Machines, Front Projectors and Screens, Furniture (including Patio, Seating and Massage Chairs), Barbeque Grills, Gasoline/Propane/Diesel Powered Generators and Tools, Hoverboards, Mattresses, Printer Paper, Ink Cartridges and Toners, Portable Navigation Units, Split-System and Portable Air Conditioners, Radar Detectors, Software, and USB Thumb/Jump Drives.
